Job Description - Channel Sales
- To develop business and achieve sales target in terms of Channel sales and key accounts
- Manage and responsible for the channels sales turnover, price-evolution, A/R and inventory
- Set up & implement marketing activity & promotion in diffuse channel
- Manage diffuse channel network
- Sales analysis and price management
- Formulate strategic plan for new product launch and implement
- Build the relationship with developers/ architects/ interior/ consultant/ contractors companies to qualify Hager as main supplier for their projects
- Manage and responsible for the projects sales turnover, price-evolution, A/R and inventory where applicable.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales serices to maintain high level of customer satisfaction, maintain good relationship with customers
- Good knowledge of KNX solution/ Smart-Building solution / Electrical protection devices is preferable
- Support & accompany team salesman for product presentation & closing the deal for solution selling
- Work with management to set, formulate and implement business plan with targets and develop business strategies
- Tertiary education
- Experience in E&M channel sales / electrical protection product sales
- Excellent with negotiation and collaboration techniques
- Outgoing, interpersonal relationship
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
- At least 5 years working experience (less experience will consider as Sales Engineer)
