 About Your Role:

 As a Wealth Management Manager, you will: 

• Enhance our members' customer experience and foster enduring relationships.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including face-to-face sales and roadshows.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales services, including policy confirmation and up-/cross-selling of insurance products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Address customer engagement projects and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Oversee inquiries and enrollments from our Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform.

Work Hours & Location: 

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday work based on business needs.
• Mei Foo (conveniently located near the MTR station).

 About You: 

• 2 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service. Tied agent experience is a plus.
• Passed IIQE Paper I, II & III.
• A collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
