Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide professional support in tender / contract preparation and procurement exercise including preparation of the necessary documents and papers, and to conduct necessary coordination tasks
- To assist in maintenance and update of document registers and records for all contract documents, agreements, etc. relating to the procurement exercise handled by procurement team
- To assist in analysis of the procurement data / records
- To coordinate with the various user parties in the tendering process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in construction, information technology, commercial, procurement or legal related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience, preferably in building / civil construction, procurement, commercial, legal, information technology or database management
- Experience of handling and analyzing procurement data / records
- Hands-on experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Proficiency in different types of software such as Chinese word-processing, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Visio, etc.
- Knowledge of using e-tendering or other enterprise resource planning system is an added advantage
- Prudent and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
