Job Description
We are APRT [Hong Kong] Ltd., the local operator of Ruby Tuesday, a leading International Dining Concept.
We are seeking a talented individual to handle customer inquiries, cultivate relationships, and contribute to our marketing efforts. This unique role offers the opportunity to combine excellent communication skills with creative marketing solutions, driving customer satisfaction and brand growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support, handling customer inquiries received via the hotline, email, and social media channels.
- Membership/ Loyalty Program support, including status checks, promotional programs, and mobile app updates, etc.
- Prepare customer service reports with reviews related to loyalty program activities, product, and service quality.
- Support the marketing team with material/ inventory management for Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Marketing knowledge or experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- University graduate fluent in both English and Chinese.
