Position Overview:
We need a highly entrepreneurial AI Industry Solutions Engineer with the ability to work in a multilingual environment (Chinese, Cantonese, English). The ideal candidate should be capable of independent thinking, innovative problem-solving, and building strong communication bridges with cross-functional team members and clients.

Salary Range: 40k-60k HKD, Negotiable;

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement AI-related product solutions to meet specific client needs.
2. Oversee departmental project tendering and related work, as well as basic project management tasks.
3. Provide technical support and training to help clients understand and utilize our AI products.
4. Develop promotional materials for projects and products to support sales efforts.
5. Collaborate with leadership and sales personnel in client interactions, demand tracking, and product clarifications.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to compile technical documentation and user manuals, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
7. Continuously monitor the latest developments in the AI industry to provide suggestions for product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in medium to large-scale companies.
2. Familiarity with the tendering processes and solution creation for projects in Hong Kong and overseas.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI industry solutions or related fields, with at least 2 years of project management experience. PMP or ACP certification is a plus.
4. Proficiency in English and Cantonese for business communication, with the ability to use Chinese for team communication.
5. In-depth understanding or extensive experience with AI technologies and tools, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and large models.
6. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, capable of working in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
