Requirements:

• At least 2 subjects passed in HKAL and 3 credits or above in HKCEE including English (Syl. B) & Chinese Language or equivalent or
• Level 3 or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent
• Possesses a recognized diploma / certificate in Property Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years working experience in the field of shopping centre management
• Good communication skills & strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, initiative & able to work under pressure
• Knowledge in landscaping and horticulture maintenance services is preferable
• Working location: Fanling
