Qualifications & experience

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Engineering/construction management or related disciplines.
• MCIOB or equivalent in Building Engineering disciplines.
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be a definite advantage.
• 10 years post professional qualification experience in construction contracts.
• Have data center project experience is highly preferred.
• Conversant in BIM application will be advantage.
• Sound management and interpersonal skills.
• Both fluent in Cantonese , Mandarin and English.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manager new build data center project.
• Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of structure and build works.
• Prepare the construction master program.
• Chair the site meeting to report the site progress with client, consultant and RSS team.
• Coordinate with government authorities on site issues.
• Coordinate with client, AP, structure engineer  for statutory submission issue.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to complete the project on time and on quality.
