We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Project Manager to lead and oversee our design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:-
 -Manage multiple product design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards with fashion, luxury accessories and etc.;

-Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations;

-Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; 

-Lead and mentor design team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment;

-Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track;

-Facilitate effective communication between all projects stakeholders;

-Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design standards across all projects;

-Conduct regular projects status meetings and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:-
 -Bachelor's degree in Product /Fashion Design, Project Management, or related field;

-Proven more 5 years' experience in design project management;

-Strong understanding of design principles and processes;

-Proficiency in project management tools and design software;

-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;

-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively;

-Experience with agile methodologies is a plus;

-Immediate availability is an advantage.
