Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager of Core Banking exposures to innovate and optimize both our online and offline payment solutions. This critical role combines strategic oversight and hands-on management to ensure seamless and secure payment operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for both online and offline payment systems to ensure operational excellence and security.
• Manage and maintain a good relationships with banks, payment processors, and other financial service providers to optimize transaction efficiency and cost.
• Understanding core banking & open banking technology stack, built functions base on these domain knowledge before.
• Collaborate closely with IT, tech team and cybersecurity teams to safeguard all payment transactions and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to continuously improve and innovate payment solutions.
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance payment functionalities across the company.
• Establish metrics and benchmarks for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of payment systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or any related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in payment systems management, with significant expertise in both online and offline environments.
• Relevant work experience in a Digital Bank & Fintech company before would be preferred.
• Proven track record of enhancing payment processing systems and improving customer transaction experiences.
• Strong understanding of the financial and technological aspects of payment systems, including emerging trends and regulatory issues.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners and vendors.
