Responsibilities:

• Provide professional HR services to line managers and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed to business stakeholders, including recruitment, manpower planning, staffing, performance management and EC cases etc;
• Act as a facilitator to planning, implement and promote Employee Relations programs for the business unit;
• Drive HR projects and initiatives that support the business strategy and objectives;
• Formulate, review and implement HR policy and strategies to ensure all HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations;
• Handle and review the general insurance policy to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness;
• Perform ad hoc HR project when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with 3 years managerial level in sizable organization. Experience gained in Retail, F&B or Manufacturing Industry is a definite advantage; 
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related legislations;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, able to communicate with all level of people;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua. 
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
