Our client, a Chinese bank is seeking for a Senior Insurance Specialist to join their company in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing expert advice.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. And the pitching can be effectively delivered.
• Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional development. Led a team of 4-8 insurance specialists.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high ethical standards.

Who are they looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with experience in coaching.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
