Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing of trades, transfers, dividends of funds, and bonds;
• Process account opening on the system;
• Process corporate action for funds and bonds;
• Liaise with external counter-parties on their request and queries;
• Assist in product on-boarding and set up on the system;
• Participate in system development projects, in particular during user requirement collection, UAT, system migration, and deployment;
• Provide general administration and support to other Operations teams including the Settlement team and CS team;
• Assist team manager in ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines;
• Experience in Custody & Nominee Services system - Euroclear will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and 1 to 2 years working experience in the banking industry or financial institution will be an advantage;
• Cooperative, a responsible, detail-minded, and meticulous person with a positive attitude, good stress management, and a fast-paced working style;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
