Our client “⁠China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong) Co Ltd” is seeking a Customer Service Executive to  join their company!  

What you’ll be doing?   

• Handle inbound calls, emails and written correspondence; processing and follow-up on customer's enquiries 
• Develop and manage customers loyalty by providing quality service 
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties; 
• Ensure all cases are recorded in system 
• Provide professional customer service and accurate information to customers 
  
   

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or above Passed IIQE paper I & II 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Confident, enthusiastic, results and customer oriented 
• Strong problem-solving skill and able to manage multi-tasks 
• Can work independently under pressure 
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin With customer service experience in insurance industry is highly preferred
