You will: 

• Handle a range of media projects, from content and social media marketing campaigns, video and VR production, display advertising to online interactive tools and mini-site development
• Liaise with clients and clearly understand their business and marketing objectives
• Take the lead to brief and work closely with internal parties (content, creative, IT and marketing) and vendors for campaign implementation in a timely, efficient and quality manner
• Manage and oversee the entire production process from pre-production to post-production and delivery across various platforms
• Perform project management duties including administrative and logistics support of various projects
• Prepare weekly, monthly and post-campaign reports to evaluate performance of all media projects

You should have: 

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in project management or digital production related field
• Well organized and attentive to details, possession of strong project management and problem solving skills
• Strong communication, time and people management skills
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and resolve client issues
