Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support, technical services for user
• Install and configurate computer hardware operating systems and applications to company standard
• Monitor and maintain retail shop IT equipment, networks and security
• Oversee asset management and inventory control of computer hardware and software
• Support computer administration and monitor as well as system checking
• Assist in prepare documentation and system training
• Work as team and assist in IT project execution

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1 year solid experience in an IT related position
• Hands-on experience in Windows, Mac OS, Linux, VMware etc.
• Knowledge in infrastructure including LAN and WAN
• Experience in retail POS & ERP support will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
