Our client is a highly reputable real estate developer with a lot of commercial and residential developments in Hong Kong and Asia. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager/ Chief Property Manager to look after its commercial portfolio. 

About the job:

• Person in charge to oversee a commercial portfolio of the Company investment properties
• Implement company policies, delivery of quality management, maintenance services and effective budget control
• Manage the day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance
• Source, manage, and supervise the performance of service providers contractors
• Handle annual budget and maintain proper cost control within the approved budgets
• Support the Company’s development including renovation and site revamp
• Coordinate and liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management/ Real Estate or related discipline;
• PMP License Tier 1 holder
• Possess at least 15 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable commercial portfolio is a must
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
