• We are looking for  Senior Training Officer / Assistant Training Manager   - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Head of Training 
• Work in Training team 8 members
• Perform full spectrum of Training & Development functions focus to frontline staff
• Arrange in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities;
• Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and development goals;
• Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose; 
• Work closely with management and analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of each training program;
• Support and monitor Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans & actionsHandle ad-hoc project as assigned 
• Diploma holder or above preferably in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines;
• 3+ years relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Candidate with F&B / retail chain / hospitality background is an advantage;
• Good Knowledge in video shooting/ editing
• Proficient in English and Chinese;
• 5 days work
