Job Description

  • Provide L1 voice support for end-users.
  • Coordinate new voice and video infrastructure and applications deployment.
  • Troubleshooting WebEx and MS Teams.
  • Engage with during project implementation when necessary.
  • Evaluate new technologies to determine if their capability aligns with the business objectives.
Global Insurance Company|Entrepreneurial and Meritocratic Environment
  • Tertiary education or above in an Information Technology discipline.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in similar role is a must. Experience supporting Cisco devices is advantageous.
  • Experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting AV devices.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, customer facing, and communication skills.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
