Job Description
- Provide L1 voice support for end-users.
- Coordinate new voice and video infrastructure and applications deployment.
- Troubleshooting WebEx and MS Teams.
- Engage with during project implementation when necessary.
- Evaluate new technologies to determine if their capability aligns with the business objectives.
- Tertiary education or above in an Information Technology discipline.
- Proven experience and knowledge in similar role is a must. Experience supporting Cisco devices is advantageous.
- Experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting AV devices.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, customer facing, and communication skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
