Responsibilities:

• Contact the company’s current/old customers, provide information and sales of the company’s treatments and arrange appointments as part of the team
• Lead a team of telemarketing specialists to achieve performance targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
• Schedule and conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and areas for improvement
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of team performance and customer interactions
• Achieve personal targets and team targets

Job Requirements:

• Prone experience in a leadership role within a telemarketing or telesales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance
• Proficiency in using telemeeting software and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understand basic Chinese and English input methods and computer knowledge
• Fluent in Cantonese, basic Mandarin is a plus
• Able to communicate in English with colleagues in the company
