Responsibilities: 

• Lead the sales team to execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales target;
• Grow and manage key accounts, build, and maintain strong, long-term relationships and establish cooperation with clients;
• Develop sales strategies and goals, create new business opportunities, explore new customers, active market development and networking, and further expand established market position;
• Develop marketing materials including promotional/educational videos, posters, leaflets etc;
• Manage all online campaigns and optimize them to achieve better results in terms of user acquisition, conversion, and retention etc;
• Develop and manage various types of marketing channels, online and offline promotion; identify and initiate activities via popular channel;
• Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports monthly, analyze results to improve performance;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to identify business opportunity and provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any subjects;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required. Experience can be outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in dental industry;
• Proactive, passionate, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset; willing to take on challenges with high adaptability;
• Demonstrate leaderships skills, within a culture of seeking to understand clients, business partners as well as team members;
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin both spoken and written;
• Attitude of being target-driven and result-oriented to work under pressure;
• Self-starter, detail-minded with a proactive and can-do attitude;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a position of Assistant Sales Manager.
