Job Description
We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU), where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community, and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities
- Assist in talent identification process in the development programmes in CWBU, including Graduate Engineers, Graduate Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Works Supervisors
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for career talk, training enrolment and engagement event
- Act as the contact point for trainees and provide guidance on their development
- Support in curriculum design and training scheduling for the development programmes
- Ensure the development goals align with the competency requirements in CWBU
- Design and implement training or seminars for new joiners, graduate engineers, etc. as well as taking the lead to coordinate with relevant parties on logistic arrangements and handle related administrative work
- Support the design and implementation of evaluation and review for continuous improvement such as training needs, training gap, development plans etc.
- Prepare reports and dashboard for management review
- Conduct research and make recommendation on new initiatives
- Support in other projects when necessary, including the annual budgeting process
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in the construction industry or a similar project environment
- Experience in organising trainings related to project management, soft skills or project-related technical skills
- Experience in managing development programmes such as Graduate Engineer and Management Trainee is preferred
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, people-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- Candidates without relevant development programme experiences but with strong interests will also be considered
