Join our dynamic team at Boom, where we prioritize innovation and excellence. We are seeking a talented Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions and contribute to our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and staff engagement;
- Manage the monthly payroll process and administration of incentive schemes, tax returns, medical insurance, and MPF;
- Ensure overall office management, including administration, maintenance, contract negotiation with vendors, business travel arrangements, leasing, and office insurance;
- Review pay structures and benefits packages, conducting salary benchmarking to ensure internal equality and market competitiveness;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards;
- Create performance management programs to align employee performance with organizational goals;
- Propose and lead employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work atmosphere and enhance employee satisfaction;
- Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- University graduate in BA, HRM, or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, in financial institutions or professional firms is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related tax rules in Hong Kong;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Good analytical, business writing, and presentation skills;
- A team player with strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
