About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design and development of Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions, ensuring high performance, availability and security
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the evaluation, selection and integration of hardware, software and cloud-based technologies
• Drive the implementation of Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) concepts to enhance the network infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize system performance and resource utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement robust and scalable ICT solutions
• Define and document system architecture, solution designs and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven work experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in ICT industry 
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions, software-defined networking (SDN), and secure access service edge (SASE) solutions
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including but not limited to TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, BGP, VPN, and network security protocols
• Experience with virtualization technologies, containerization, and orchestration frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant System Architect
