Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct technical studies for HK government departments, utilizing consulting project experience to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of consulting methodologies to provide strategic guidance and drive technical solution design for complex projects.
• Utilize technical expertise in application development and IT infrastructure to architect and implement cutting-edge solutions that align with client objectives.
• Manage consulting studies and implementation projects, overseeing all phases from planning to execution while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into technical solution design and consulting projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven consulting project experience in technical studies for HK government departments and technical solution design is highly desirable.
• Strong technical background with expertise in application development and IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, Wi-Fi, 5G and network technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to successfully lead consulting projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex technical challenges.
