Responsibilities

• Participate in the leasing and marketing activities of shopping malls under the Corporation’s investment portfolio in Hong Kong
• Work independently on letting, direct marketing, tenancy administration, budget preparation, market researches and retail studies as well as monitor the business performance of joint venture properties and related administrative and coordination works

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Surveying or a property-related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
