Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of the programmatic advertising management system(s)
• Execute ad inventory priorities, schedule display ads and execute operational plans
• Maintain relationship with ad partners to explore more opportunities
• Monitor and analyze the ad operation data, using data-driven tactics and market insights to optimizing the performance also to drive the growth of advertising business
• Review affiliate and programmatic performance
• Supervise the team’s backend operations in alignment with the Company’s standard
• Provide support to affiliate partners and offer recommendations on affiliate partner strategy

Requirements:

• Degree holder, 4 years of experience in digital advertising operations are preferred
• Familiar with digital ad management tools especially Google Ad Manager (DoubleClick/DFP) are a plus
• Experience in programmatic ad networks is a plus
• Experience with affiliate marketing software and tools, including but not limited to tracking links, creatives, and reporting is advantage
• Understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition is a plus
• Excellent communication, cross-departmental coordination and customer service awareness
• Exceptional attention to details
• Professional execution and influence, self-driven, strong resilience, goal-oriented
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sepcialist
