Caritas Hospitality Services (CHS) is one of the service units of Caritas - Hong Kong, a charitable organization and the official social service agency of the Catholic Church in Hong Kong. The service comprises Lodge, Hostel and Catering Services.

Food & Beverage Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the function of all F&B associates, kitchen, facilities, sales and costs to ensure smooth operation and maximum departmental profit is achieved.
- Plan and prepare promotion and festive activities included advertising design.
- Check and approve purchase request of equipment and necessary goods (e.g. consumables, stationery, etc.) for F&B Service.
- Formulate annual business and budget plan and to achieve the pre-set targets.
- Supervise implementation of menu planning, pricing, proposals and food cost control.
- Handle the daily operation of the food outlets and retail service and all catering events.
- Promote the sales of the food outlets and retail service through various means e.g. fostering good public relations with prospects and existing customers.
- Prepare periodical business reports and analysis to the management.
- Prepare the annual budget and submit monthly financial and statistical reports as required;
- Check the equipment and operation tools status, maintenance and exchange.
- Responsible the kitchen and restaurant hygiene and cleanliness, fire safety, pest control, licence application and management.
- Handle guest comment and complaint, rectify immediately and fix the problem
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years or above working experience in the role of Food and Beverage Manager.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in office software applications, including Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, independent, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve.
- Familiar with latest market trend of Food and Beverage and good management on events operations.
- Immediate available is preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
