Responsibilities:

• Support all level of internal users in order to deliver high quality IT services
• Support and conduct administration tasks on MS Windows AD domain platform
• Provide back-end support and system administration for office system, printers, VC appliance and servers
• Responsible for onsite server hardware replacement and maintenance support
• Install server and conduct configuration of hardware and software
• Server, SAN, Network and infrastructure setup and support
• Lead project implementation, conduct project and vendor management
• Review IT helpdesk services and problem escalation
• Perform ad hoc assignment from superior to meet business objectives
   

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Certification of MCP/MCSE, VCP and LPIC preferable
• Minimum 5 years' experience in server hardware replacement, Microsoft Windows, Linux , VMware, server administration and support
• Knowledge of backup operation and DR solution is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team-player with good communication skill
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
