Job Description
About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. You will work closely with the Business Development Team Lead to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the digital marketing sector.
Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in Hong Kong and South East Asia, presenting our comprehensive range of digital offerings including web marketing, digital production, omni-channel messaging, social commerce solutions, and content management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their digital needs and aligning our services with their business objectives.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and presentation decks in response to client briefs or RFPs, ensuring that they effectively showcase our capabilities and address client requirements.
• Collaborate with the team lead to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance our service offerings.
• Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's services and generate leads.
• Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot and NetSuite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
• Experience working in a digital agency is highly desirable
• Immediate availability is preferred
BENEFITS
5-day week with 2 days of work from home per week. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include sales incentives, double pay, annual leaves, medical benefits and mandatory provident fund.
