Job Description

• Co-ordinate and Analyze data from social monitoring tools

• Assist and support assigned tasks of customers and projects

• Conduct regular market & competitor research, collect data about customers, brands, publishers, influencers, and market trends

• Implement and monitor campaigns and projects with internal teams

•Prepare social media analysis reports to clients to facilitate their understanding of social media feedback

• Provide alerts and formulate social media strategies for clients in any potential controversies and crises.

• Assist in digital tools planning functions development

• Monitor social media trends and maintain our internal AI system
 

Job Skills & Requirements

• Well-organized and responsible

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Solid experience and interest in social media marketing

• Comfortable to work independently

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese

• Immediately available is an advantage
