Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support service to users;
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 – including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams;
• Manage and troubleshoot office network, wifi system, printer, server, desktop and laptop;
• Monitoring the computer system, server and hardware;
• Assist in supporting daily IT operations and infrastructure maintenance; 
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software;
• Assist to manage IT procurement and asset controls;
• Data processing financial report and regular data backup processing;
• Knowledge and experiences in supporting ERP System;
• Liaise with users and vendors to solve hardware and software issues;
• Responsible for ad-hoc IT tasks and IT system updates as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in office or project support; and 3 years in software development ERP system knowledge including MS SQL Server; JavaScript; Python;
• At least 3 years working experience with Microsoft 365 with good knowledge on Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
• Familiar with managing social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Familiar with AI tool such as Microsoft Copilot
• With good knowledge and experience in computer hardware setup, software installation and troubleshooting (including OS – Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk products), network (including LAN and WAN) and Wi-Fi configuration;
• Eager to learn new technologies and solutions, good team player and self-motivated;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
