Job Description
Your role
- Act as strategic HR business partner to provide a full range of quality and value-adding services to internal clients, including manpower planning, talent acquisitions, talent and organization development and employee relations so as to drive HR transformation in the assigned business units
- Devise and execute effective workforce and succession planning initiatives
- Drive the HR digital transformation within the team and prepare up-to-date HR trends and analytics
- Coach and guide team member to deliver HR services and solutions
- Collaborate with functional COEs and other HR business partners to implement corporate policies and initiatives at business unit level
- Take up any ad hoc HR projects as assigned
To succeed in this role
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ HR experience gained in sizeable organizations, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Candidates from Tech or Engineering industry is preferred
- Agile, analytical, detail-minded with good numerical sense
- Collaborative, outgoing and possessing a growth mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua)
