Do you want to challenge yourself and liberate the general view on sexual wellness products, including condoms, personal lubricants, and even adult pleasure toys? A more significant challenge yet, we will work it on a global scale, working in markets including Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the UK. The successful candidate will join our team to develop and enhance our market-focused on emerging sexual wellness products.

Duties

• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via chat, phone, or email regarding sexual well-being items - condoms, lubricants and pleasure toys.
• Identify customer needs, suggest suitable products, and help with placing/tracking orders.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our business development and marketing teams.
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
• Manage Night-shift CS representatives.
• Provide assistance in both Chinese and English for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and the UK markets.
• Enhance existing marketing strategies and be responsible for execution.
• Identify opportunities and collect market intelligence.
• Instruct and conduct Sagami Workshop.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
• Prepare CS reports.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and communicate with different parties.

Requirements

• Must be a Hong Kong resident.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Good IT skills, eager to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of sexual wellness products is an advantage, and willing to learn different types of products and be open-minded.
• Able to discuss intimate matters professionally.
• Skilled in avoiding harassment from inquiries yet maintaining a professional manner.
