Job Description:

• Develop FCL ocean product of Europe Trade services under corporate direction and guidance from Long Haul Trades Head
• Implement sustainable strategies to maintain and expand existing businesses and/or capture new businesses
• Communicate with carriers for rate queries of Europe Trade Services
• Complete RFQ files with rates and relevant RFQ details
• Ensure valid and accurate FAK rates from core carriers
• Upload FAK contracts and NAC rate details in global rate management system
• Establish allocation with carriers and follow up space issues or any other disputes/cases with carriers and internal parties
• Prepare global trade reports periodically
• Assist in monitoring volume performance of key accounts in response to Trade Strategy and Policy
• Support on preparing carrier assignment/routing guide upon business award and contract filing
• Prepare meeting materials and PPT for carrier review meetings

Job Requirement:

• Min. 3-5 years working experience in global liner or international freight forwarder
• Experience on procurement, pricing and trade management of Europe Trade (Westbound) Services is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PPT applications
