• Oversee daily operations of 300 restaurants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor brand directors to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and growth.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
