Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Head of Claims in building great General Insurance (for personal lines’ claim, e.g., Home & Pet) that protect our customers and their loved ones!

 What you will be doing:

• Manage a team of claim and hotline staff, to assess and approve new claims/complaint cases/complicated cases within the authority and manage customer expectations by offering flexible solutions.
• Provide regular training and support to enhance the professional knowledge and standards of the team.
• Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure effective and efficient operation procedures and services are delivered in accordance with the Company's standards.
• Provide recommendations and engage in projects to enhance internal workflows.
• Coordinate and assist in UAT activities such as preparation of test plan, test cases, pre-UAT quality check, monitoring of bug fixing, retest progress, UAT reports and post-implementation monitoring.
• Provide managerial advice and feedback to streamline procedures and workflow.

 What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in GI claim processing including 5+ years in managerial positions
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility with a high level of integrity and trust
• Good communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), and Chinese word processing is necessary.
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
• Highly organized self-starter, capable of leading multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Claims Manager
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
