Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist the technical support team in providing efficient IT and hardware/software troubleshooting support.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software at client locations, ensuring quality service.
- Address client inquiries regarding IT and POS solutions, acting as a liaison between the technical team and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Utilize internal systems to log inquiries, track resolutions, and execute remote support tasks.
- Occasionally perform hands-on technical support and system installations, involving minor physical work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, with some team management or leadership exposure preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese (spoken), with basic proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese and English, and using input methods.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and basic IT network configurations.
- Strong skills in both software and hardware support for Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience working with POS systems or IT solutions in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus.
