Responsibilities:
 

• Achieve sales and profitability targets by handling key partners and exploring new business opportunities and driving sales growth in established partners
• Implement result-driven e-commerce business advertising, joint-promotions & partner campaigns to drive sales volume and profit growth as well as work closely with cross-functional teams
• Responsible for content creation and digital management for input with ecommerce partners 
• Provide data analytics and insight, manage business results by implementing strategy & tactics
• Work closely with our internal stakeholders to develop and maintain relationship with our key customers
• Evaluate the business result and analyze sales performance for improvement area
• Develop marketing strategy to better acquire and retain customers
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent in Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in sales, account servicing or business development
• Experience in partnership acquisition would be an advantage
• Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
• Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong e-business development sense for exploring sales opportunity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent statistical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
