The University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China Limited (Federation) is looking for a full-time Senior Sports Executive to facilitate the management and the development of the Federation. 

This post is subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).

Duties

• To organize and coordinate sports programs/competitions approved by the Federation including all local inter-collegiate competitions, sports for all events and programs to be held out of Hong Kong such as Summer & Winter World University Games, World University Championship, Asian University Championship and All China Games.
• To prepare annual plan, budget of local and overseas competitions/ programs for application of LCSD subvention.
• To attend meetings of the Council, Executive Committee (EC) and University Games Committee (UGC) to provide administrative & logistic support and prepare minutes for Council meeting.
• To oversee the general administration and management of the Federation office.
• To coordinate issues relating to human resources and financial affairs of the office.
• To perform duties assigned by Council Chairperson and Secretary, EC Chairperson and UGC Chairperson.
• To liaise with sponsors, LCSD, SF&OC, FISU, AUSF and relevant parties.

Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the discipline of Sports Science, Physical Education, Management or related studies is preferable.
• With over six years working experiences is preferable.
• Able to work independently but also as an efficient member of a team
