Job Description

- Direct a team of 25+ sales associates and ensure optimal sales performance and customer service with the Store Manager
- Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders and manage visual merchandising displays
- Analyze store and individual sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions
- Manage the store schedule, cash management and security and loss prevention programs
- Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings to coach, develop and motivate team members
- Uphold the brand standards for store presentation, product knowledge and selling processes
- Represent the brand in community events and develop relationships with high-value clientele

Requirments

- 6+ years of luxury retail management or sales leadership experience required
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
