As an Assistant Account Manager (Modern Trade) in our Ice Cream & Chilled department, you will direct report to our Account Manager, and manage your assigned accounts to drive sales and achieve business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build the Customer Plan to drive the overall business and execute plans for assigned account(s) that are aligned with customer strategies
• Execute in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action
• Work closed with Van Sales team to ensure the promotion and execution effectiveness of your assigned account(s)
• Ensure accuracy of sales forecasts and providing full sales support (e.g. promotion planning, execution and evaluation) to local key accounts and chain stores
• Accountable to achieve agreed Key Account targets and KPIs (included but not limited to TA control and freezer quantity) for the designated categories
• Responsible to track competitors' activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding pro-active actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• 4 years working experience in key account, buying, trade marketing in FMCG industry, preferably in MNC or sizable company
• Good analytical skill & communication skill
• Positive thinking, with high level of self-initiative, reliable and persistent, a good team player
• Fast-paced person and able to work under pressure, with sense of ownership
