Responsibilities:

• Issues quotation, invoice and prepare report
• Provide maintenance, annual service and corrective maintenance arrangement with customer and service delivery department. 
• Follow up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
• Providing professional advice on equipment maintenance and other technical services.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent  
• With minimum 1-year working experience, preferably in the service industry 
• Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office
• Good command in English and Cantonese
