Through direct integration with leading shopping carts and global marketplaces, etailers using Kerry ESG’s services will be able to seamlessly manage their order fulfillment, inventory, and returns to and from multiple logistics centres through one platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer relationship management of key accounts in relation to regional B2C/ B2B fulfillment & cross-border delivery services 
• Manage daily order processing in systems, coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting & follow up on abnormal delivery status 
• Ensure service level is up to standard, provide timely response to customers for operational enquires & handle ad-hoc service requests 
• Manage quotations, explore new service opportunities & arrange contract renewals within existing key accounts profile
• Prepare regular service performance reports & conduct business reviews of key accounts

Requirements

• Degree Holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics account management of overseas customers is preferred
• Preferably OMS, WMS & help desk experienced
• A team player with a proactive, service-oriented & passionate attitude, can handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment 
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills, good analytical ability with a problem-solving mindset
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Officer role
