About the role:

• Provide legal consultation and opinion for the company's daily operation as well as due diligence for new business expansion
• Organize and coordinate contract management, establish company contract templates, maintain and update company contract ledger, contract archives management, etc.
• Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and providing legal opinions and risk evaluation on major contract
• Handle or assist to deal with  legal disputes and litigation cases of the company and the subsidiaries
• Research laws, regulations and policies related to the company's business, sort out legal risks to draft legal and compliance  brief report, and provide risk evaluation advice to management
• Formulate and improve the company's legal affairs management related rules and regulations,including litigation case management, contract management etc.
• Coordinate company's compliance system, regularly sort out and update the compliance risks of the company and the subsidiaries, update the compliance manual and risk list, and form compliance guidelines
• Organize legal and compliance training and regularly organize compliance subject training according to the requirements of HQ and the request of the subsidiaries
• Coordinate and manage the company's external lawyers, secretarial company and other external organizations
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director and other company leaders

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Bachelor degree or above in law (Chinese law and common law education background is preferred)
• 6-8 years relevant working experience (law firm or corporate legal affairs),  working experience in state-owned enterprises is preferred
• Hong Kong Legal Profession Qualification, familiar with Hong Kong law ,with Chinese or other countries law qualification preferred
• Independent, able to work under pressure
• High level of commitment to quality work delivery and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance
