Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily repairs and maintenance in the building, and assisting in emergency repair work  (負責大廈內的日常維修及保養，協助緊急維修工作).
• Liaise with consultants/contractors on construction, renovation and ongoing facility maintenance (就施工、翻新和設施日常維護等項目，協助聯繫顧問/承包商).
• Assist in the venue set-up for various activities within the Authority (協助局內各項活動的場地佈置).
• Move equipments and furnitures (搬運設備、傢俱及器材).
• Perform outdoor work (外勤工作).
• Assist with cleaning and other chores (協助清潔及其他雜務工作).
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department (完成部門交辦的其他任務).

Requirements: 

• Secondary school graduated (完成中五課程).
• Have two or more years of relevant work experience (具二年或以上相關工作經驗).
• Have team spirit, be responsible and punctual, and have a good work attitude (富團隊合作精神，負責，守時，及工作態度良好).

Terms of Appointment:   Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
