Responsibilities:

• To supervise overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for assigned fitting out projects
• To attend all meetings and deliver written and oral communication regularly
• To organize and prioritize all workflows to ensure efficient progress on fitting-out projects 
• Be responsible for overall coordination and management including progress, quality, cost and client relation for the assigned fitting out projects
• To ensure complete project documentations, proper record and filing system, submissions, material handling, etc to deliver the on time project with client expectation
• To compute IP payments, VO with client on time
• Familiar with tendering is preferrable

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year + in commercial interior fitting out project experience is highly preferred
• Strong attention to details and able to work under pressure;
• Good in communication, organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in CAD & MS Project & MS Office applications;
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
