Senior Marketing & PR Officer (Property)

About the client:

Our client helps to develop residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong. In supporting the business development, our client is seeking a Senior Marketing & PR Officer (Property) to plan and implement promotional campaigns, mainly focusing on residential marketing.

Main Duties & Responsibility:

• Work with the team to enhance residential property promotion and advertising strategies effectively.
• Supervise and spearhead the development of brochures, marketing materials, and additional collateral to bolster marketing initiatives.
• Direct PR and media interactions to amplify brand presence and credibility within the residential industry.
• Strategize and execute advertising campaigns through diverse channels to engage target demographics.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders as necessary for projects, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Candidate Profile:

For candidates that are interested, it would be great if you have the following qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Commerce, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing project management
• Proven experience in residential marketing, preferably with experience on PRC market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being as an advantage
