A day in the life:

• Develops and ensures the implementation and enhancement of production standards, focusing on the effective use of equipment and human resources in line with labor process regulations, while maintaining product quality
• Coordinates standards with the production department, engineering service, SHE department, application group, and planning department.
• Enters data into SAP, DMO Performance and FEAT systems correctly and in a timely manner.
• Analyzes deviations and identifies underlying causes.
• Conducts studies on line and worker performance to enhance efficiency and productivity, as well as improve working conditions.
• Analyzes and investigates the product transition process for further improvements.
• Conducts training for end users in DMO Performance and FEAT systems.
• Conducts training for employees on production indicators necessary to evaluate production performance (St-21.908-03).
• Engages in activities focused on the innovation and updates of both existing and new products.
• Actively contributes to cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyzes workplace workload in a rational and effective manner.
• Executes assigned roles competently within the GLOBE/SAP system.

What makes you success in the role:

• 1 year work in the food industry or factory operation, high potential candidate also to be consider
• Understanding of the external business environment with good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English (Fluent in Cantonese is a MUST)
• Diploma or higher education; Proficient in PowerBi, SAP, Microsoft PowerApp (preferred)
