** Responsibilities:

* Assist in event planning and execution of corporate events, NGO functions etc.

* Coordinate and facilitate effective communications with various internal operations and technical support to develop execution plan.

* Collaborate effectively with design, video, and any other production teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

* Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and event marketing posts.

* Assist in team administration work

* Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required.

** Requirements:

- Certificate or degree holder in Business Management, Events, Communication or related disciplines.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or executive support role of agency is in advanced.

- Resourceful, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills with a good team player mentality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work on an irregular schedule.

- A "can do" attitude with determination to overcome challenges and achieve results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
