We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee and manage compensation and benefits programs across 10+ countries in Asia. The primary focus of this role will be on rewards projects, ensuring competitive and effective compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee and manage compensation and benefits programs across 10+ countries in Asia. The primary focus of this role will be on rewards projects, ensuring competitive and effective compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and market best practices.
  • Lead and manage rewards projects, including salary structure design, bonus programs, incentive schemes, and other reward initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation and benefits programs across all countries.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends, address issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry trends related to compensation and benefits in the countries of operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. GRP) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on rewards projects in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing compensation strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations across multiple countries in Asia.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
